1. By accessing or using the Astral Plane mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

   Astral Plane reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

   Use of the App

   You may use Astral Plane solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the App.

   User Content

   You may be able to submit, upload, or publish content on Astral Plane. By doing so, you grant Astral Plane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the App.

   Intellectual Property and User-Generated Content

   All content, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on Astral Plane are either owned or licensed by Astral Plane. Users are prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, or displaying any intellectual property from the App without our prior written consent.

   Additionally, users should not post, upload, or share copyrighted material on Astral Plane without proper authorization from the copyright owner. We take copyright infringement seriously and have established processes for addressing such concerns.

   If you believe that copyrighted material has been posted on Astral Plane without permission, please follow our established copyright infringement reporting procedures, which can be found in our Copyright Policy.

   By using Astral Plane, you agree to respect intellectual property rights and comply with our copyright policies.

   Limitation of Liability

   Astral Plane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

   Termination

   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Astral Plane at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. This action may be taken if users engage in prohibited activities, violate our content guidelines, or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We may also exercise this right if we have reason to believe that a user's actions pose a threat to the security or integrity of our platform, or if required to do so by applicable law. Termination of your access may result in the permanent removal of your account from the Astral Plane platform. By using Astral Plane, you agree to abide by these conditions.

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astral Plane and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the app or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

   Governing Law & Jurisdiction

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States. Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of Astral Plane will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Rhode Island.
